I had a decent stay at Bouganvilla Resort, but it came with its flaws. The staff was incredibly welcoming and took care of us, making us feel at home. However, the dining experience left much to be desired, and some facilities could use improvement. Overall, it's a nice place if you're looking for a homely atmosphere amidst the beautiful surroundings of Ooty. 🌄😊
